Summit Fitness is at it again. With such an amazing last season, you won't want to pass this opportunity up to learn how to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Not only will you be put through intense workouts for your level, but you will learn the importance of training at this level. Our speakers are extremely knowledgeable in their fields of expertise and will be available for your questions. You will also be guided through a nutrition plan and learn that all foods are not created equal for every person. Summit Fitness has found that in doing the "Weekly Challenge" it has helped change a persons mental outlook on themselves and what they thought they could accomplish. It simply changes the "I can't" attitude to the "I can and I did." We are not looking for a quick fix to changing your body and habits. It is a learning process. Which is what sets us apart from other boot camps. We won't just expect you to show up and get a workout - we want you to learn what to do when we aren't there. Sure, through life we get off track but what's important is that we learn why we got off track and see what we can do to fix that so it doesn't happen again. No need for guilt trips, just solutions.
We meet every Wednesday at 6:30pm at Merrill Park in Eagle. You will need to bring 5 & 10 pound weights to every Wednesday night workout. For our bike ride challenge, you will need to bring/borrow a bike. There are many people who have extra bikes, so let us know if you need help rounding one up. We meet at 7:00-8:00am every Saturday morning for our Challenge. Locations and times will vary depending on the challenge, you will be notified at our Wednesday meetings as well as via email. If you have any questions you can email us at summit_fitness@hotmail.com
The cost is $80 per person and $65 for returning Summit Fitness boot campers. There is also $10 off your entry for every person you get to sign up with you (as long as they have not done our boot camp before.) We look forward to all returning boot campers to see if they can improve their times from last season. And like we mentioned, there is a $250 cash prize for the person who *loses the most. *This includes the overall fat percentage, weight and measurements.
Look below for clips of last season and what they had to say as well as an introduction of our speakers.
