The Star Fit Club took my workouts to a whole other level. I was more focused on pushing my fitness level as well as watching my diet more closely. I think having to be accountable at the end of a time period really helped my motivation and kept me on track. Although I didn't lose any weight, I did drop 2% body fat in the time period and was very happy with my results on the challenges. I would recommend the Star Fit Club to anyone, from the couch potato to the weekend warrior!

I went into this needing one thing, motivation. And boy did I get it! It was so empowering to think that 30 other women were working toward the same goal I was, and for me at least it was to just be better than I was before and really push myself to see what my mind and body could accomplish. And loosing a few pounds and gaining strength topped it off for me. Now I will try something I never thought I could do... here I come Tri-athalon! Thanks for helping me along the way!

The Star Fit Club was an incredible experience and I can’t wait to do it again! I love the adrenaline rush that comes with Connie and Jenn’s workouts. They are tough but so rewarding once you finish. Having women accomplish things they never thought possible is amazing to be part of… I love it and recommend it to everyone, fit or not.
